How can i pay this?
You can make payments via:
Credit Card
Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
Pay online securely now by logging in at the above mentioned address and choosing credit card payment. Follow the prompts and enter your credit card information. If you're not comfortable paying over the internet please call our accounts dept on the number at the bottom of this email.
Bank Deposit
Deposit into our Commonwealth Bank account using the following details:

Its very important that you specify the invoice number with your transaction, this can be done with all online banking and through most bank branches, otherwise we cannot track your payment. If its not possible to leave a reference on the transaction please scan & email your deposit slip.
Cheque
We accept cheques and money orders. However a $5 processing fee applies if you choose this method. You must include this additional amount in your payment and we'll receipt the full amount paid once received. Please also send your cheques in promptly and not on your due date.
Bartercard
We also accept 100% Bartercard payments. Please reply to this email with your Card name and number and we will process that. We cannot automatically debit this, you must email or call through authorisation.
What if i dont pay on time?
If you cannot make payment on time then you must contact us prior to the due date and request an extension.
If payment is not received 7 days after the due date we will try out best to contact you to organise payment.
If payment is not received 14 days after the due date and we have not been able to contact you or you dont return our calls or emails we can only assume the service is no longer required and will suspend it.
Hosting accounts will be terminated 7 days after suspension. A hosting re-activation fee of $55 will apply to accounts that need restoring after termination.
If the invoice is for a domain name renewal, the domain will EXPIRE on the due date which will make your website & email stop working. We cannot control the expiry of a domain unless renewed so its very important that domain renewals are paid prior to the due date.
